Our portfolio of luxury holiday villas at Jomtien Beach near Pattaya now includes three, three-bedroom Villas and 5 four-bedroom Villas, all with access to a pool just a short walk from the Villa. All our properties are recently built and furnished in a blend of European style with traditional Thai craftsmanship. Many of the furnishings have been hand made and the properties feature decor to suit the most demanding of tastes. Several of our holiday villas now feature high speed Internet access.

Most villas have gardens laid to lawn with trees and flowers to the borders, garden seating, tables, BBQ and patio area with outside lighting. Free car hire and daily maid service is included in the price, and there is off road parking for the car.

These Villas are perfectly situated in quiet, secure surroundings in a private development with 24 hours security and yet only two minutes from the beach by car or within ten minutes of all the major attractions and central Pattaya.

All requests for bookings will be taken in good faith and reserved, upon receipt of a 10% deposit, payable within seven days of reservation, unless otherwise agreed. The reservation will then become a firm booking and confirmation of such will normally be made within 24 hours of receipt. Along with your deposit please supply your Name, Address and contact telephone numbers. The price agreed is final - 40% of the total booking fee is payable 6 weeks prior to departure and can be paid by all the usual methods.

The remaining balance ( 50% ) is payable on arrival at the property in Thai Baht.
