Prospect Plantation is 980-acre estate in the resort town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, has 4 luxurious sea front villas and a historic Great House.
Eight Rivers, Frangipani, and Somewhere villas each have their own 1-1/2 acre private garden, pool, sun deck and steps into the sea.
Frankfort has its own exclusive pristine white sand beach.
Prospect Great House is one mile inland, perched on a hill 300 feet above the sea with a commanding view of the estate and the Caribbean and set as a museum.
All of the Prospect rental houses are fully staffed with a cook, butler, maid/laundress and all night security. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court, mini-golf course and the ever-popular Prospect Plantation Tours which offers jitney and horse back riding tours. All activities are within an easy 5-minute walk of the villas. The friendly on-site managers greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs.
All guests of Prospect Villas receive complimentary Plantation Tours, horseback riding, mini golf, 1 return trip airport transfer per booking on stays of seven days or more and beach access.
Each villa has its own pool, sun deck and sea access and is equipped with:

Cable television with 46 channels
Telephone
Wireless internet thruout the property
Stereo cassette/CD player
Night time security guards
Food and drink expenses are not included but the cook will purchase and prepare all meals in accordance with the guests wishes. Alternatively, a meal plan is available for US $50.00 a day per person (1/2 price for children) Does not include drinks.
