Refunds
50% of reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival. No refund for early departure.

Security deposit will be refunded, approximately seven days after departure to allow owner sufficient time to inspect premises for damage or missing items. Check in and check out time is flexible,depending on rental schedule. No pet is allowed.

Policies
There is a minimum of 3 nights rental. 50% of total charge is required for reservation. Remaining balance of total charge and a security deposit of $150.00 is before arrival. Security deposit will be refunded, approximately seven days after departure to allow owner sufficient time to inspect premises for damage or missing items.

Cerromar River Pool (worlds longest river pool)
1,776-ft. freshwater river pool with 14 waterfalls, hot tub, slides, walkways and bridges, outdoor Olympic pool, kid's pool, whirlpool and spectacular white-sand beach on property.
You start at one small pool, and slide down to the next, soak a while and then slide down to the next.
Your next slide puts you at the swim up bar where you can have a drink or just grab your tube and drift slowly down the winding river, under bridges, past the jacuzzi until you end your journey into the final huge pool. There you might take a turn down the more serious three story water slide.

Deposits
There is a minimum of 3 nights rental. 50% of total charge plus security deposit of $150.00 is required for reservation. Remaining balance and a $50.00 housekeeping fee payable before arrival. Payment must be made by personal check (30 days before arrival), credit card (Visa or Master Card), certified check or traveler check.
