We were the first guests at the condo.....and we really really liked the place. It's well furnished and has a nice location (easy to go to the rainforest; luquillo beach or the ferry for the two smaller islands). The apartments are gated, have good parking..and a nice pool. The beach behind the apartments is a bit rough..but nicer beaches are a few mins away (esp a couple on 187).
Maria and her family are v professional in their dealings and we had a wonderful stay. We would be back...and also recommend the place to friends.

We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico. We did a lot of traveling: we went south to Ponce and visited the Museo Castllio Serralles. We saw the radio telescope in the west. We visited the rain forest and saw the great exhibits there. We visited the Bacardi factory (to my 18-year daughter's delight). We spend lots of time in San Juan visiting different restaurants. We went to different beaches and saw the huge waves. Thanks for your warning. A number of the beaches were actually closed but we always found some that were open. We enjoyed the iguanas greeting us every day when we were leaving the condo: they were sun-bathing on the wall outside the compound and were quite happy to pose for pictures. Went to see grandchildren and lucked upon this condo unit at Malibu Condo Rentals. The condo was extremely clean and provided all the necessities we needed during our stay. Had games and videos for all ages. Water activities such as ball, kick board, etc for kids to use in water. Beach was so close and we could see it from our balcony window. People who were there during the spring break were extremely nice and some owned their own place as others rented. Condo had all the utensils and equipment for cooking and dishes were provided as well as all the linens and sheets. A bit far from town, but once you had all provisions, no need to go in town again.

We stay at the Malibu condo from 1/3/7 to 1/18/07 and have a wonderful time. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and this made our stay a log easier that when we stay at a hotel. This was a beautiful place and help us create a some wonderful memories of our stay in Puerto Rico. Thank you so much for helping us enjoy our island without worries. We will call you again when we plan our next visit to Puerto Rico.

A beautiful, comfortable and fun place with lots of cultural interest nearby and a great pool and view. I had a wonderful time visiting the nearby scenic areas, enjoying the people and hitting the beach and pool. Don't miss the local fruit stands on Pinones, plus the factory outlet mall! One of the best vacations in my life!

my visit to malibu condos was just superb!...the place is great...especially the horse back riding..oh and the sumptuous meal prepared by my house keeper rosario and her assistant maritza.
