This gated community on the beach has golf, tennis, horseback riding, clubhouse w/ restaurant, disco and supermarket. The villa has a beautiful new pool, Rancho with a hammock for two, outdoor furniture w/lounge chairs and two patio's. The location has a golf course view but made totally private by lush landscping, a tropical paradise. It has a fully equiped Kitchen, Blender, Micro, Coffee maker, toaster etc. Master bedroom w/ master bath. Guest bedroom and guest bath. Both showers have shampoo dispensers. Living room and master bedroom has a TV, VCR, DVD w/ a selection of free movies. ( Video cassette only, bring your own DVD's.) We also supply 4 beach towels, pool floats, iron and hairdryer. Walk to the beach.

The Villa The pool and landscaping were completed in Dec. 2005 Living Room Kitchen Master Bedroom Guest Bedroom Some of our wild life. Golf course. Mediterraneo Restaurante Have a drink at the bar or dine on fresh seafood and daily specials. They will even deliver to your villa! Our beach has 5 miles of fine sand. It is excellent for walking or jogging. The bay is always calm! No rocks. Amazing sunsets! Horseback ride or drive an ATV on the beach!
