The livng room has 2 luxury sofa that allows the accomodation to seat 8 people. Their is also a baby travel cot, high chair and a fold down push chair for familes with small children. The dining room forms part of the living room with pull out extending table and seating for 8. It has a separate kitchen with hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and cooking utensils. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining with patio furniture and sun umbrella and BBQ for outdoor cooking.Alternatively, it can also be used for private bathing. Their is an outside shower area with a small uttility complete with washing machine, clothes line and outside sink basin. The property also offers off road parking, has hot & cold air conditioning, fans in all the rooms and is alarmed. It has a large gated communal swimming pool with child area . A supamarket, pharmacy and three spanish bars are also a two minute walk away from the house. For the more sporty, their are 4 mountain bikes to make good use of, What better way to see the local scenery the famous salt lakes with its pink flamingos, and the parrots flying round on the beach,plus there is lots more to see and do.We do reccomend people hire a car to see alot more of the beautiful area. Five minutes walk away is a big go-cart track ,great for the Adults : let alone the kids!

05/19/06 Positive Thank you for a great holiday in your house, it had all we needed, The mountain bikes were very handy we had a great time going to La Manga strip on them!!, so close to the beach we we couldnt belive it! we have had people say how close they are to the sea before, but when you get there its a long walk away, not like yours, the pool was fantastic for the children, we have already booked to go with you again in december this year and we are really looking forward to our holiday. 08/24/05 Positive My wife & I and our 10 year old daughter shared a holiday in this house with our frinds who have two children 8 & 11 and their youg 18 month old son. So you can tell that we fully occupied all the accommodation. It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The property was fantastic. Equipped to a very high standard and everything worked well. The fact that it had cot,highchair and push chair for the baby was a bonus that saved us having to take it with us.The proximity to the warm shallow sea was great and the bathing so safe for the children. There was a large supermarket a couple of minutes drive away that sold everything. The whole area was easily accessable as were some other fantastic beaches which needed some finding down some very bumpy unmade roads. The agent out there was english and so helpful. Can't speak too highly of the house,the place and the whole area. We certainly reccomend it to anyone as excellent value. We will definately visit again. Thank you Chris & Kim.

Dear Kim and Chris,Have just returned from a fantastic holiday in your spanish property.Had to write to let you know that everything was superb.The house and contents were as discribed and we wanted for nothing. Can't tell you how much we appreciated everthing you had done in the house.
I think one is always a little bit nervous about going to an unknown place just incase its not quite as good as its made out to be. But we need not have had any concerns about your property. It is very comfortable, very well equipped to a high standard. David and Clair your property agents, were excellent and could not have not have done more for us.
The weather was an added bonus very hot and sunny all day and every day.
Now back to the grind stone and going back to work to-day "bad news"!
Our thanks again and hopefully we will be able to go there again in the future.

Just got back from yet another glorious break, the weather was great!! much better than the rain we came home to. We would like to wish all the people who have already booked with us, A great holiday and I hope you have a comment or two to write when you get back.

The House There are all typs of water sports on the beach. The children have hours of fun on the pedlows, and all the other activity's. The large pool is open all day from 9am till 10pm, what better way to meet people!! The short walk to the beach, its less than 2 minuets!!! The house is furnished to a very high standard. with 2 large sofa beds if needed ? an extending table that seat's 8 people, 28"tv with sky tv, dvd/vidio and cassett radio. There are 4 bars and restaurants on this beautiful beach, they all sell English food!! There are 4 double bed room's, 1 with a kingsize bed, 2 room's with twin beds, and 1 with adult bunk beds, so the house comfortably sleep 8 people, all room's have tv, large fan's and hot or cold air/con!!. The master bedroom has a king size bed, tv, and large built in wardrobes. with sea and mountain view's!! Both bath rooms have showers, the upstairs one, has a full size bath also! The kitchen is fully equiped, with all you would need. The view from the master bedroom balcony, has sea and mountain view'a you can also see the childrean play area, with swing's, slide's ect ect!!
