Only short walk to the neareset beach that provides rocky reefs for snorkeling or a bit further for Playa La Audencia beach with a sandy bottom and there are several nice pools in the complex. A great opportunity to visit Manzanilo and practice your Spanish! Avoid the typical tourist hotel and stay here in Villas del Palmar where many of the residents and vacationers are native speakers of Spanish.

This condo has lots of nearby recreational activities to explore and enjoy. Situtuated on the Santiago Peninsula between MAnzanillos two bays with the Las Hadas Golf Course just outside the back balcony and near the Karmina Palace resort. A block or so from the beach you can swim at the associations pools, head to the beach for swimming or snorkling, walk to Las Hadas or head over the little hill to the beach at Playa Audencia. Take a taxi to resturants, shopping or to the miles of other beaches along the bays.

Downtown Manzanillo is a small friendly area for shopping, eating or just ehjoying a break at the Jardin. The port is famous as the Sailfish Captital of the World. Tours or buses will take you to Colima, the state capital for a look at the beautiful Volcan del Fuego. Many other beautiful small towns and village offer there charms for the inquistive tourist.
