Description
The condo is split leveled unit with one bedroom (Queen size bed), one bathroom and one living room with fully equipped kitchen for four persons max. The sofa bed in the living room opens into a queen sized bed. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator both conventional and microwave ovens,blender,toaster, coffee maker,cookware, utensils. Cable television,VCR, air conditioning, safety deposit boxe, high speed Internet Access($) and 24hr-security. There is a stacked washer/ dryer. Phone service goes through a switch board and requires a credit card for long distance calls. Maid service is provided prior to check in and then twice weekly. Beach/Pool towels are provided as are lounges, chairs, palapas, and umbrellas. There is one garaged parking space per unit and finally we have a gym.
The name of the condo is Condominiums Playa Del Sol in the old Puerto Vallarta. It is a new building and therefore unfamiliar to some cabbies. If this is the case tell the cab driver that the building is between the Hotel Tropicana and the Condominiums Puesta Del Sol in front of Hotel Torre Malibu. Cabs cruise the area or they can be called by someone at the front desk. Playa Los Muertos is the most popular section of Puerto Vallarta and there are many shops and restaurants along and near the beach. The restaurants range from small beach front places where breakfast can run from $2.00 to $3.00 US to very fancy places where dinners can range from from $10.00 - $25.00 US.
