This beautiful two story oceanview villa is located in the tropical paradise of La Puntiilla, a gated and secure complex of nineteen exclusive homes on the outskirts of the small Mexican fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Casa de Familia is conveniently located on the North Shore of the Bay of Banderas, allowing easy acces to Puerto Vallata, as well as Bucerias, Sayulita, and Punta de Mita (home of the Four Seasons Hotel and Jack Nicklaus 18 Hole golf course), all located within a half hour drive of the Casa.

Designed to reflect Mediterranean styling and with over 2,000 square feet of indoor living space, Casa de Familia's layout is functional and modern and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. The extended poolside patio--perfect for outdoor activities--adds additional living space to this well planned, privately owned vacation home. Casa de Familia is the perfect vacation choice for three couples or a small family.

The entry level first floor is complete with kitchen, living room and dining room and has panoramic garden and ocean views from sliding glass doors that open onto the large poolside patio. The lower level also has a bedroom with king sized bed and an adjacent bathroom with shower. Open the sliding door off the lower bedroom and step onto the small patio where you can enjoy some quiet time with a good book.

The upper level has a master bedroom with king size bed and a large walk-in closet as well as a second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with soaker tub and shower and each bedroom has a private balcony. The master bedroom balcony overlooks the pool and garden as well as the ocean, while the second upper bedroom balcony enjoys garden and mountain views.

Sliding glass doors across the front of the villa lead to the inviting patio and private pool. Spend your days relaxing by the pool and on the upper decks while you listen to the sounds of the surf and enjoy the views of the bay and mountains. In the evening you can relax with a refreshing drink on the master bedroom terrace and watch the lights of Puerto Vallarta twinkle across the bay.

The La Puntilla beach is less than 100 yards away and is accessed through a private locked gate. Simply stroll across the large garden area to where the gate opens up to the beach. Search for ocean treasures washed up on shore, or relax on the palm lined common area while the kids explore the tide pools.

It's an easy and enjoyable stroll into the village of La Cruz for restaurants, evening entertainment and shopping. There is secure parking in front of the villa or if you choose, for a few pesos you can hop on a bus to Bucerias or to downtown Puerto Vallarta where the variety of shops, activities and restaurants will keep you coming back for more.

With a king sized bedroom and bathroom on the lower level, Casa de Familia is wheelchair accessible and as a non-smoking home, we invite you to smoke outside or on the patio only, please. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Close proximity to five golf courses, tennis courts, many good restaurants, beautiful white sand beaches and fabulous beachcombing. As well, there there is swimming, snorkeling and diving, surfing, boogie-boarding, boating, deep sea fishing, bay fishing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and eco-tourism for you to enjoy. You might want to try wind surfing, parasailing or horseback riding and for an additional fee you can arrange access to our Property Manager's boat for fishing, snorkeling, Whale Watching or sightseeing tours around the Bay.
