Our villas have exceptionally large floor plans...With 5 units we normally have at least one available. This unit has a large living area that's open and airy. There's 2 doorwalls for access to your courtyard, plus a stationary glass wall across the front of the unit to make a bright and cheerful environment for your stay at the beach.

There's sliding walls to convert the villa to a two bedroom at night ~ Park right outside your door ~ There's a full kitchen w/pantry ~ dining area ~ large 20x15 bedroom ~ private courtyard "escape proof for pets" ~ Computer with digital Internet~ Wireless encrypted network ~ 2 TV's, DVD, plug in for games ~ Plus everything we could think of that you might need while at the beach. Laundry room with washer/dryer in the building is open 24/7 ~ Wooded lot beside you and our private EastWind courtyard behind you.

PETS 2 well behaved dogs or cats are welcome. Must be up to date on shots and on flea preventative. No weight limit

Located at 2300 S. Atlantic Ave. on the corner of 13th. and Atlantic Avenues. We are centrally located and convenient to all the shopping and restaurants.

CLOSE ATTRACTIONS: A short, convenient drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the area. Close enough to all the Central Florida parks and sights to see any one of them as a comfortable day trip. Drive to Disney for the day, St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Canaveral National Seashore (at your back door), Bok Tower, Turtle Mound, Silver Springs, Daytona Speedway (half hour), a variety of great golf courses, plus another endless number of things to fill your leisure hours. And don't forget the beach just a few short steps away.

We have one of just about everything tucked away. If you need a coffee grinder, juice squeezer, George Forman, special type of pillow, whatever...It's probably here. There are extra linens, towels, blankets, throws, etc. in the owner's linen closet for the complex. You will find both gas and charcoal BBQ grills, a little library in the laundry room with books, magazines, games and puzzles...Bikes in the garage. We have a car wash pad. For "event" weeks in our area we have secured motorcycle parking and even places for your trailer. Everything we could think of to assist you in having an enjoyable stay with us.

There are concerts in the park, the collectors car show each month on Canal St. with hundreds of cars, music, food and a good time for everyone. Our waters are a pristine estuary with great fishing and ECHO tours. New Smyrna Beach is Orlando's favorite beach. All the central Florida attractions. Disneyworld, EPCOT, Sea World, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, plus near by Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, Daytona International Speedway are all easy day trips. Spend all day at the attractions and then return in time to enjoy your evening at the beach.

The world renowned "Atlantic Center for the Arts" is located in New Smyrna Beach. Which makes shopping in our local shops a delightful experience. They are full of unique creations by our many local artists and craftsman.

We had such a nice stay. Such a comfortable place and we loved listening to the ocean in the evenings. To sit in a courtyard under a big tree and sip a cool drink on a hot afternoon was really a pleasant experience. A refreshing change from the noisy resort hotel.

We purchased this property in pieces and parts over the past 3 years. Two years ago we started renovations. This wonderful piece of property was well planned and of such solid construction that it survived the neglect it endured the previous 5 years before we purchased it. For the past two years we have worked full time inside and out totally re-landscaping the exterior grounds and renovating the interiors of all the villas. Lots of upgrades still to be done in the near future. When we're finished it will be totally redone back to its original beauty having used quality workmanship and materials.

What an enjoyable and rewarding experience this has become. To bring an eye sore back to an esthetically pleasing sight for the eyes. Plus meeting all the wonderful people who have come to spend time at our little quiet get a way at the beach.

Park right outside the front door. Quiet end villa with a woods next door. Walkover to a quiet area of the beach is just steps from the villa. Dining room has a door wall to the courtyard too. Light and spacious living area has sliding walls for privacy at night. The fully equipped kitchen with pantry has everything needed for a week end or extended stay. Master bedroom has computer area that has a nice view of the courtyard. There's an entrance to the bath from the bedroom and another entrance off the hallway. Full size bunk beds add extra sleeping accommodations for a large family. Your private courtyard is adjacent to woods next door and large rear courtyard behind. Your own BBQ grill, 2 entrances from your villa plus another from the parking area. Stroll through the rear courtyard or relax in one of the seating areas under the big shade trees. Lots of parking in our security lighted private parking lot. Room for boats and trailers. Our convenient outdoor shower to wash the sand off on your way from the beach. Beach chairs, toys, towels...TIt's all here!
