The master suite is tremendously spacious. Furnished with king-size bed and a walk-in closet. The sumptuous master bathroom offers a separate glass standing shower with Garden tub, and spacious vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Linens for each room and bathroom are also included.

The Kitchen's collection offers everything a master chef would need with granite countertops, fully stocked quality cookware and much more. If Grilling is your love, then use the large covered with expansive granite countertops and large gas grill. Relax in the pool and grill dinner at the same time.

The Surf Club III at Matanza Shores is gated with 24 hour security guard and under-ground parking. The new Mediterranean style pool is beautiful during the winter months and has a covered area with a huge gas grill and long expanse of granite counter and sink. The pool also brings the beach to you with a large "white sands" area perfect to relax in, under the Tiki huts and listen to the sounds of nature that surrounds you. The rental also includes private gated access to the Intracoastal Waterway for day boat docking and great fishing.

Palm Coast is known as a golfing hotspot, with courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player within short driving distant. Take a break and play golf while enjoying the sounds and smells of the ocean.
