Your newly built Florida vacation home rental is set on a prestigious premium lot in the Sanctuary of the Glenbrook Resort Community. Located just 7 miles from Disney World, this is truly the vacation home rental resort of the future with a resort style clubhouse and recreation center, complete with tennis and volleyball courts, exercise facilities, a large communal pool and on-site Management available for 24 hr guest services!

The vacation villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. It has a private pool (additional charge for heating), adjoining hot tub, Jacuzzi and extended deck area.

Space and luxury abound in this home. Each room has been carefully furnished and decorated by the owners to meet their own demanding standards. It features a large comfortable Family Room with a queen sized sofa bed, a 36" flat screen color TV and a Playstation II, giving access directly to the deck and a private pool. The living room is for those quiet moments to just sit back and relax. The formal dining room provides an elegant setting for that special meal, or for entertaining. The full sized kitchen has all basic appliances, including a large fridge/ freezer with icemaker, and a breakfast table. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

The master bedroom, with its own Jacuzzi whirlpool and sitting area providing access to deck and pool, has a king-sized bed with a large walk-in closet, TV & DVD player. The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large en-suite bathroom (tub with spa jets, large shower and sinks) and TV & DVD player. There are also two additional bedrooms, one with a twin beds and the other with a set of Disney bunk beds. Each bedroom is also equipped with a alarm clock and a TV. The villa is recently upgraded with games room including Air Hockey and Pool Tables.

Key collection for the villa is a short distance away in the Clubhouse.

Attractions such as Walt Disney World (8 miles), Universal Studios, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom are all within 5 to 15 minutes drive of the Villa. Major Shopping Malls are within 20 minutes and Supermarkets such as Publix, K.Mart & Wal Mart all within 3-10 miles. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes drive.

Clubhouse has Internet access, movies, Pool, Tennis, Volleyball, Gym,
and Games room.

The villa is recently upgraded with games room including Air Hockey and Pool Tables.

The above prices are NOT INCLUDED 13% State, Local Sales & Tourism Taxes. Pool heat is optional and is charged at $25 per day if requested at the time of booking.

For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning charge of $90 per booking.

A deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is then due 10 weeks before arrival.

Dear Mr. Minh Le. We recently visited for the first time The Wonderful World of Disney. This was a dream vacation. After a long and tiring drive, we finally arrived. As we pulled up and realized that the house we rented from you was just as lovely as the pictures, our eyes filled with tears of joy. We not only enjoyed our dream vacation at Disney World, but we also truly enjoyed our time spent at what we called "our dream house". Dear Mr & Mrs Le. We were going to send you a note anyway just to say how much we loved the villa and it's location. The staff at Global were really nice and helpful both when we checked in and when we had to call maintenance as there was a slight problem with the front-door. (It was a Friday evening and the chap appeared within 20 minutes), We had a fantastic time either at the attractions or just lazing around the villa pool and spa. We have already recommended your villa and website to many friends and acquaintances and would not hesitate in hiring it again ourselves next time we visit Florida. We are off Diving in Egypt next year, but may well come back to Florida in 2007. Wishing you all well!

Just wanted to let you know that the week we spent in your home was the best family vacation we have ever had. The home was wonderful, comfortable and equipped with all the things you need to have a relaxing week away from home. We fell in love with the Glenbrook resort as soon as we arrived. We had a wonderful time in Disney theme parks. Would you hold on to my security deposit and pencil us in for two weeks next year. We loved your beautiful house and had a great time in Orlando! It was very cold the first three days (in the 50's). The day after Christmas we went to Disney wearing 4 layers of clothing!! It did warm up towards the last 4 days. The jacuzzi came in very handy and everyone enjoyed the warmth. The kids loved the DVD player and the Playstation. It was a perfect house for our two families.....everyone had just enough space if they wanted to be on their own.
