A large community swimming pool is close to this three bedroom/two
bathroom home,along with tennis court and fitness room. Situated 15
minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. Less than one
hours drive from all major airports (Orlando International, Sanford
(Orlando) and Tampa). There are several golf courses close by. An
ideal base for exploring Central Florida, this community is
located on Highway 27 with superb road links to all major attractions

The Village has a large clubhouse adjacent to the pool. The
clubhouse is fully air-conditioned, hosts a full sized pool table
and fitness room. The use of the clubhouse and it's facilities as
well as the pool, children's play area and tennis court are included
FREE to all guests staying in our home. As well as the large heated
pool, which has plentiful loungers, tables and chairs, set in
landscape gardens, there is a separate pool for 'little' ones. This
area is fenced off for their safety and your peace of mind (although
children must never be left unattended!) For those who are too tired
to stay at Disney after a day of entertainment, the Disney firework
display can be viewed from the pool nightly!
The whole village is beautifully landscaped and maintained to a high
standard. The home is situated away from the bustle of Orlando, but
is conveniently served by Superstores such as Publix (about 5 mins
away) and Walmart (about 15 mins away) There are many restaurants
and shops within a 15 minute drive
