Perriville is a brand new luxury condo on Terrace Ridge, a gated caribbean style resort in Davenport, Orlando. Our condo sleeps up to 6 people and is situated on the ground floor thereby making access easier for families with strollers/buggies and people with wheelchairs.
Furnished to a very high standard the accommodation comprises:
Lounge with sleeper sofa and 27" television, DVD and VCR
Dining area with doors leading onto covered patio area.
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full fridge/freezer
Utility room with washer and tumble dryer.
Master bedroom with T.V. and full en suite bathroom

In a prime location, Terrace Ridge is 10 minutes form Disney and minutes away from a supermarket and shopping malls. There are also many golf courses nearby.

The clubhouse at Terrace Ridge provides a place to relax and wind down after a
busy day at one of the many attractions in the area.
Beautifully decorated and furnished there are several comfortable sofas and a T.V.
area with a 42" plasma television. There is also a fitted kitchen/bar area.
Also housed in the clubhouse are a games room with pool table and for the more health conscious among us a fully fitted exercise room.
The heated communal swimming pool is right outside the clubhouse and sun
loungers are provided. There is also a heated communal spa.

Our rates are very competitive. We don't do specials as the prices are rock bottom as it is.

Terrace ridge is a beautiful place, ideal for families and couples alike. We have a management company who are on hand to assist you if necessary.
