As a location our home at Westbury is situated on Highway 27 just 2 - 3 minutes south of interstate 4 where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants. Southern Dunes Golf Course is 15 minutes away along with more shops and restaurants (including Wall marts). Orlando International Airport is 45 minutes away and Sanford International 1 hour 10 minutes There are many attractions to visit.

Our Florida home will be brand new for 2005 and is a luxurious air conditioned 4 bed room villa furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It is designed to give maximum privacy to two families, or parents with children (or both). It has three outstanding features of great importance to guests, namely a superb location (approximately 15 minutes from Disney) uninterrupted views over a newly planted pine forest and orange grove and a full size (heatable) swimming pool with a spa bath.

The Villa is ideally situated, being almost equi-distant from East and West Coasts. Interstate 4 can be reached within 3-5 minutes, this leading to all the major attractions, the airports and beaches.

SHOPPING: There are numerous small Shopping Malls in the vicinity. One of the largest Malls in the Orlando area is called Florida Mall and is situated on Orange Blossom Trail. It takes approximately 30-40 minutes to drive there via the 417 Florida Greeneway Toll Road.

FOOD OUTLETS: Locally there are food outlets within a 2 minute drive North on Highway 27. They include family restaurants such as Dennys, Perkins, Bob Evans and fast food outlets such as McDonalds and Burger King.

SUPERMARKETS: The nearest large supermarket is WallMart which is approximately 6 miles South on Highway 27. Here you can buy anything from a loaf of bread to a car tyre!
In the same area are further food outlets and a Walgreens Drug Store. We think the best food supermarket is Publix. The closest is situated approximately 6 miles North on Highway 27.

PETROL: The nearest gas station is just a mile North on Highway 27.

HOSPITAL: The nearest is about 3 - 4 miles South on Highway 27. Don't forget to take your holiday insurance documents with you.
