As soon as you walk through the front door you will know you have arrived in paradise. Our villa is beautifully and luxuriously decorated and furnished to the very highest standard.

The pool is absolutely fantastic with private over-sized deck and pool, which gives plenty of room for 8 -10 people to easily enjoy the pool and the sunshine. There are numerous loungers, chairs and tables supplied for your comfort.

Our villa is ideally located in the wonderfully spacious and prestigious 'Westridge' Community on Highway 27, just a short drive from the 192 in one direction and Interstate 4 in the other. Within 15 minutes you can be in Disney, around 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport and less than 30 minutes from Universal/Sea World, Wet & Wild etc. Florida Mall and many designer outlets are also within this distance. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets within a 5 minute drive including the new Super Walmart and Publix for all your grocery needs.

For Golf lovers there are as many as 30 champion golf courses within a 10 minute drive and the award winning Champions Gate course is just 2 miles away!

The Villa has four beautifully decorated bedrooms including a master suite with king sized bed (6'6") patio doors lead from this bedroom to the deck area, there is an en-suite with walk in shower, oversized bath, his and hers sinks, seperate WC, his and hers walk in closets.

There are an additional three double sized bedrooms on the second floor, two with twin beds and the other has a full sized bed. There is also a bathroom on the second floor.

'Westridge' has a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court and childrens playground - this is free for all homeowners and their guests. Great for the kids to hang out or for the adults to meet up and socialise.

Pool heat is available at extra charge of $25 per day. (recommended between Oct -March).

Stays of less than 7 days will have an additional cleaning charge of $85, all stays of 7 days or more, cleaning charges are included.

A deposit of $200 per week secures booking, the balance is payable 12 weeks prior to travel. A security bond of $200 per week is payable 12 weeks before travel, this is fully refundable on our managers inspection of the villa. This will be returned within 4 weeks of end of stay (providing there are no deductables for damage or breakage).

Check in time is after 4 pm
Check out is by 10 am
