We are the proud owners of a luxury holiday villa on esprit. Fully air conditioned, two storeys high, and conveniently located in the sought after community of Esprit in Davenport.With its wide tree lined streets, you will soon get to know the area and easily find your way around.
It is a quiet, pleasant residential area by Lake Davenport, on Polo Park East executive golf course and is situated on highway US27 where it meets highway US192.
Set in well maintained gardens, it has a floor area of approximately 2000 sq ft comprising of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

There is ample off road car parking, using the driveway or in the integral double garage, which also houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

All linen and towels are provided during your stay in our luxury villa

Please provide your own towels for when you visit the theme parks and beaches.

For the convenience of our guests with young families, we also provide -Free- use of a crib/cot and a safe.

Why compromise your dream holiday by staying in a hotel when you can have total freedom and be able to schedule your day just as you please with the added benefit of having your own swimming pool. and being conveniently located on your 'own' golf course.

Private Pool

With stunning views overlooking the golf course.

The fully enclosed extended pool deck with oversized 26ft x 12ft totally South facing swimming pool where you will not be overlooked whilst you swim or sunbathe. It is complete with -New- high quality pool furniture which comprises of 4 cushioned chaise loungers, 4 cushioned dinette chairs and a large dining table.

There is a large lanai (covered area) which leads directly into the villa.
Ideal when you need a few moments in the shade and away from the sun.

For those warm evenings around the pool, there is lighting provided in the lanai with floodliting directly in the pool.

There is also a pool cover available to help maintain the water temperature.

All poolside access doors fully comply with local regulations and are equipped with alarms to deter young children from entering the pool area when unsupervised.

Our check in time is 16-00 on day of arrival and check out time when you are leaving is 11-00.

Open Plan Great Room

A spacious downstairs open plan great room with vaulted cathederal ceilings.
It has three sofas, one of which will convert into a queen sized sofa bed.
Included is a 28 inch cable TV with a choice of 35 channels, VCR, DVD player and stereo unit, together with a selection of DVD's, videos and CD's.


The patio doors lead onto the lanai and overlook the golf course.
There is also a separate guest toilet and garage access.

Formal Dining Area

There are two areas for dining, the formal dining area which features a large glass topped table with seating for six people and a breakfast nook with four further place settings.

For your added enjoyment, there is also a full sized Pool Table.

Kichen with Breakfast Nook

The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with a large fridge/freezer with ice and cold water dispenser, microwave oven, stove, toaster, electric can opener, coffee maker, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. You will also find all the necessary cooking and dining utensils essential for your stay.

There is a telephone available for -Free- local calls. Long distance calls require the use of a phone or credit card.

There is also a breakfast nook within the kitchen area complete with a table, four chairs and a complementary use of childs high-chair.

Why not take a dip in the swimming pool before or after breakfast,or when you are back from Disneyworld.

Downstairs Master Bedroom

With a view across the pool deck and golf course, the downstairs large master suite comes with a queen sized bed, dresser, bedside cabinets, ceiling fan, radio alarm clock and cable TV.

The master suite leads into the en-suite bathroom, shower and toilet and is complete with hairdrier and large walk in closet.

Patio doors lead out onto the pool deck.

Upstairs Twin Bedroom

Upstairs there are three bedrooms.

Bedroom 2 is a spacious double bedded room with bedside cabinets, dresser and a large closet with a vista over the 4th fairway of the golf course.
Bedroom 3 is a large 'dolphin themed' twin bedded room with bedside cabinet and a large closet.

Bedroom 4 is a large twin bedded room with bedside cabinet and a large closet. This bedroom is also equipped with a TV and Sony Playstation 2 which will also play DVD's

These bedrooms all share the family bathroom, shower and toilet.

The Local Area

Our holiday villa overlooks the 4th tee on the Polo Park East golf course and is only five casual minutes walk away from the 400 acre Lake Davenport with its own fishing boardwalk and boat ramp.
The Lake is surrounded by a conservation area which makes it an ideal setting to experience the local wildlife and watch the glorious sunsets.

Entrance to the Community

At the entrance to Esprit there is a bank, petrol station, Subway fast food outlet, hairdressers and gift shops which are all conveniently situated.
There is a fantastic new bakery which sells a range of freshly baked breads and pastries and has a delightful restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or a snack.

A number of large, well stocked Publix and Winn-Dixie supermarkets are under five minutes drive time away and a -New- nearby Wal Mart 24hr superstore which has just opened, is only a few minutes drive North on the US27

Discounts are available for stays of longer than two weeks see monthly rates.
