Southern Glen has all the amenties needed for a great stay. A large ,fully fitted kitchen with an eat-in breakfast table,fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee maker,blender,microwave,full cooking range and dishwasher. Laundry facilities are situated across from the kitchen,inside the home. The lounge/dining area has deep,comfortable sofa's ,glass coffee tables, ambient lighting, large tv with cable,dvd, stereo cd music system and a ceiling fan. In the master bedroom we have an 8ft Bed !!, a walk-in wardrobe,tv/dvd,telephone ,ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity unit, shower unit with 2 seats and a power shower. A hairdryer is also provided. The second double bedroom has a queen sized bed, large built-in wardrobe,tv/dvd combi set and a ceiling fan. The twin bedroom has 2 large twin beds,walk-in wardrobe,tv/dvd combi set and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a vanity unit, wc and a power shower. All towels except beach towels are provided. The rubbish bins are situated in the garage,which in time will be converted into a games room.
The large pool area has nice,comfy pool furniture and a garden which is solar lit in the evenings. The pool is heated with All bookings. The rental cost is the same with or without heating. Smoking is not allowed in the home but you may smoke on the pool terrace. Situated in the rolling hills of Davenport, just 10 minutes drive from Walt Disneyworld, other attractions are also nearby.

A security deposit is not taken at the time of booking as you are bound by the terms and conditions of HOLIDAYHOUSE MANAGEMENT whilst you are in my home. Any breakages can be replaced eg cups ,glasses etc by you. Any major damage will be charged for to your credit card. Please be aware of this.

Southern Glen is my 3 bed/2bath pool home on the quiet gated community of The Manor at Westridge, set amongst the rolling hills at Davenport ,Florida. The community has its own clubhouse with a lounge, large swimming pool, fitness centre and childrens play area. Very near to all the attractions, Southern Glen is the perfect retreat after a hard days shopping or a visit to a theme park, with all the comforts of home. All areas are air conditioned and have ceiling fans for those extra warm days/nights with dvd players and cable tv in all rooms also.
The pool is heated for all my guests , this is to save anyone saying "Ooh, the waters freezing", after dipping a toe in !!
Very well looked after by Derek and Debs of Holidayhouse Management, who are available to you 24hrs during your stay should you need anything, my home is your home, so please look after it as you would your own.
If you should need to hire barbecues or purchase attraction tickets, these can be obtained through Holidayhouse and they are always pleased to help.
