Description

This new Villa constructed in 2003 is 1630 sq feet in size fully air-conditioned with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, double garage and a heated screened pool. The Villa sleeps 8 but can be increased to 10 with the aid of a sofa-bed.
Wheelchair access has been added to the villa and to the pool area via builder constructed ramps.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and cable TV.
A Playstation is available.
Free wireless high speed internet access with also a PC.

Our Villa is fully carpeted in the bedrooms and tiled in all other areas. We have made it wheelchair accessible for those that need it with access to the master bedroom and bathroom. It sleeps eight but can sleep ten with the use of the sofa bed in the living room. All linen, towels etc are supplied but any cleaning requirements of your own clothing can be taken care of using the washing machine and tumble dryer. There are hair dryers in both master bedrooms.

We are ideally located for all the attractions that Orlando has to offer or you can just relax in the pool area. Sun lounges, table and chairs are supplied around the pool to allow all of you to soak up the Florida sunshine; a lanai is also available for those who wish to be outside but out of the sun. An assortment of children's float's, footballs, etc are available.

Golf courses abound the area catering for all price ranges and abilities so don't forget to take your clubs!

A 24hr Publix supermarket, which is only minutes away, can cater for all your grocery needs during your stay. Due to our locality there are many restaurants close to the Villa giving a great diversity of foods from steaks and ribs, to Chinese, Italian and Indian.

Living Room
Fully tiled with two suites which enable you to relax after a hard day at the park. All comforts are there TV, DVD and Hi-fi system, with a large selection of DVD's.

Master Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed, a ceiling fan, an ensuite bathroom with "his" and "hers" washbasins and a seperate walk in shower and bathtub. The bedroom also has direct access to the pool deck via patio doors.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds, with ceiling fans & share the family Bathroom.

Kitchen/Diner
Fully equipped with everything you will need including oven, microwave, toaster, fridge (includes ice making and iced water), dishwasher, all crockery and cutlery.
A dinning table and six chairs with a breakfast bar and chairs.

Pool
The 28' x 14' fully screened pool is completly decked the full width of the villa. All the usual pool furniture is there depending on whether you wish to soak up the sun's rays or sit and have breakfast.
The pool has a hand rail and steps, giving easy access for Children or those who require assistance.
Various playthings etc for the children are supplied.

Utility Room where we have an automatic washer/dryer, iron and ironing board if need arises to wash and iron.
