This villa is located on the Development of Florida Pines on H-27 north, near to the I-4 and Kissimee. It is only 10 minutes easy drive to Disney and onto other attractions and is only 20 minutes from the International airport. This villa is complemented with luxury furnishings. The villa has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and was completed in 2001. It has a heated screened pool with decking. A great place to relax with a cool drink after a day at the attractions. This villa will sleep 8 adults in comfort and there is even a crib for a little one.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, including an icemaker. It is also fitted with a large capacity washer and dryer. There is a large living room with an adjacent family room with TV & VCR. Enjoy the pool view from the family room. The master bedroom is fitted with a Queens size bed, TV & VCR and en-suite bathroom. The second has a full size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are twin bedded and a share bathroom. We believe that this villa will enhance your stay in Orlando. Just bring yourself, everthing else is provided.
