Our brand new, five-bedroom executive villa is the ultimate in luxury. It's located on the prestigious Windwood Bay estate -- approximately a ten-minute drive from Walt Disney World.

This five-bedroom/five-bath villa offers 3,000 square feet of living space, and has been furnished to an exceptional standard. It's smoke-free Four of the bedrooms have their own fantastic walk-in closet areas. How opulent!. The master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; and grand double doors welcome you to the main bedroom.


The villa has a dining room, kitchen, and an additional family room. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with every conceivable "extra" including a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen overlooks the pool, and leads out to the pool patio area; so you'll be part of all the fun as you potter around the kitchen island.


Upstairs in the den there is a games area with a pool table. It's great for entertainment on those special moments spent relaxing and recharging at home.


The 28-foot pool is enclosed; and it overlooks a conservation area -- thus ensuring pleasant views and privacy. There is also a covered patio area and a large barbecue grill. We have extended the decking area to increase the space available. Music can be played out across the pool -- adding enjoyment to those days/evenings around the pool. The pool is lit at night. . . most serene!


The music system can be operated throughout most of the house. Televisions are provided in each bedroom. And there is easy access to several telephones, including by the pool.


For those of you with young children, the house is built for safety, comfort, and convenience -- and includes a highchair and cot.


The villa is situated just a short drive from all the well-known Florida attractions (Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studio). And it's situated amongst some of the finest golf courses in Florida. Within a two-minute drive you'll find the famous Reunion resort with its three golf courses, and Championsgate with its championship golf course.


Within a very short distance of our dream home you'll find many restaurants and shops -- offering a variety of cuisines and shopping possibilities.


The larger shopping malls and famous outlet villages are just a short drive away. There you can partake of some of the great bargains that Florida has to offer.


Just a one-hour drive away is the Kennedy Space Centre. There you'll get a very interesting insight into America's adventures into space -- and beyond!
