Our spacious home is situated in the peaceful residential community of Eagle Pointe, 12 minutes from Disney World.

The pool area overlooks a beautiful lake, and faces west to make the most of the Florida sun. It provides the ideal setting to watch the spectacular evening sunsets, while relaxing after a busy day at the parks.

The home is air-conditioned and is fully equipped, including linens and towels.

The floors are tiled, with the exception of the bedrooms which are carpeted.

A games room (within garage) has table-tennis, foosball and electronic darts (soft-tipped).

The lounge area has 2 sofas, cable TV, home theater sound system with DVD/CD player, Playstation 2 and ceiling fan. Sliding doors open on the pool area, with covered lanai, table, chairs and sun-loungers.

There is a separate formal dining area with large table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and telephone. There is a breakfast nook within the kitchen with table and 4 chairs, together with 2 bar stools. A separate laundry room houses a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, cable TV & VCR, alarm clock, telephone, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and separate walk-in shower.

A queen-bedded room and 2 twin-bedded rooms complete the bedrooms, and there is another bathroom.

All local, long distance and international telephone calls are FREE, and a travel cot/crib, high chair and hair dryers are provided free of charge.

Eagle Pointe is well located to take advantage of all the local area has to offer, with the main theme parks being within easy reach. The house is only a short drive from Highway 192, with its many attractions, restaurants and shops, including a large 24-hour Wal-mart store. There are many golf courses in the area. The beaches on either the east or west coast of Florida are just over an hour's drive away.

Pool Heat, if required, is charged at $20 per day.
Stays of less than one week will incur a cleaning charge of $75.
A non-returnable deposit of $150 per week, or part-week, booked is required.
A security deposit of $250 is required.
