This exceptionally spacious ( 2400sq ft!) executive air-conditioned villa is in a quiet desirable area - Lindfields, Kissimmee. A REAL 10 minutes drive from Disney (quieter back roads from the estate allow you to cut out all of the Disney traffic!), i.e. Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom and the Water Parks. Sea World, Universal/Islands of Adventure and Wet n Wild are all within easy reach.

The prime feature of this very spacious luxury villa close to Disney has to be the oversized tranquil private pool and decking area. A fenced garden ensures ABSOLUTE PRIVACY when using the patio deck/pool. It is an oversized pool with a large decking area - walk-in steps with a separate hot-tub in which you can sit and relax. The large pool is enclosed by a fine mesh screen, which allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out. The secluded pool means you can enjoy your holiday in total peace.

The pool deck is equipped with new luxury pool furniture - 4 padded reclining sunloungers plus a table and 4 chairs for outside dining - a truly relaxing experience.

A deluxe home furnished in Floridian style that has four generous bedrooms that offer luxurious accommodation for up to 8 persons and will sleep 10 if the sofa bed in the family room is used. The sleeping accommodation is designed to make the house ideal for parties comprising two families.

5 Cable TVs!! One in each bedroom as well as in Family Room.

The master bedroom has a new King bed, cable TV, radio alarm clock and telephone, ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. The large en-suite bathroom comprises bath, two hand basins, walk-in shower and separate toilet with a further washbasin.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet and cable TV; with a door leading to the upstairs family bathroom. Two further bedrooms (one our Disney bedroom MICKEY'S ROOM for our younger of young at heart guests! They'll be a fight who sleeps in our disney room) both of which have cable TV and are both furnished with twin beds and a chest of drawers. Family bathroom comprises two washbasins, bath with shower and toilet. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets.

Two Hairdryers are provided. A free crib and highchair are provided for our younger guests.

There are two family lounges, one of which has large television, VCR and cable TV. Both lounges have large sofas and armchairs with coffee table. The separate dining room is furnished with large 6-seater table and chairs. The kitchen also has a dining table and chairs and is equipped with fridge freezer and ice maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery, crockery and glassware you will need. There is also a breakfast bar with two further stools. Opposite the kitchen is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

The utility room which leads to the double garage is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

All towels, linen and cutlery are provided for your comfort.
