Bookings less than 1 week incur a $70 cleaning fee
Check in time is at 4.00PM and check-out time is 11.00AM.
Upon check-in, the guest must provide a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express deposit of US$300.00 per stay. No charge is made to the credit card unless there are damages to the assigned property.
Final Payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. Reservation is not held until a deposit is received.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged in full. No-shows will also be charged in full.
Once a booking has been made, the Customer agrees to abide by the rules and legislation in reference to home for lease.
The customer agrees to hold harmless from suits or claims of any guest in reference to damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed personal belongings. We STRONGLY recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance also covering personal belongings.
