This lovely, superior 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom villa has a 28' X 14' screen enclosed pool and separate raised spa. Our home will very comfortably sleep 8 people in 2 king master bedroom suites & 2 twin bedrooms.
1 mile from an excellent Winn Dixie super market; 2 miles from Publix super market; 3.4 miles to the entrance of Disney's Animal Kingdom; 1 mile to hwy. 192 and six excellent restaurants right there in the plaza; including Outback, TGI Friday's, Red Lobster & Carrabbas (lovely Italian food); 5 miles to the Disney town of Celebration and perfectly located for road links to all the other area attractions.
Tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with custom colour painted walls and designer window dressings. Attention has been paid to every detail and offers many upgraded features. Fully carpeted bedrooms for softness under foot and tiling throughout the living areas and both bathroom for added Floridian style and practical convenience.
The pool area enjoys the benefit of a private walled rear garden; large screen enclosure and a 28'X14' heated pool (heating is optional); a one touch control spa; a covered Lanai and plenty of luxury pool furniture.
2 beautiful master bedroom suites, both with King sized beds; ceiling fans with additional central lights and plenty of additional mood lighting and storage.
2 spacious twin bedrooms, one with a Disney theme, both have large closets and separate drawer storage.
Our home also offers 3 bathrooms, one en-suite has a relaxing Jacuzzi spa bath with shower over, the other en-suite has large walk-in shower. Both have a basin with vanity unit, toilet & large closet; a hairdryer is also provided.
The family bathroom offers a bath with shower over; basin with vanity unit and toilet.
Our home enjoys the added benefit of a 24 hr monitored security alarm; door & window 'open' alarms on all windows and doors that lead onto the pool area, for added peace of mind if you have small children.

We have just got back from a fabulous holiday in Florida. Everything was Superb! The villa was excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed it, the kids particularly liked the pool. It was so nice to have somewhere to call home after a long day in the parks. It was also nice to just have a few days off and relax at the house and recharge ourselves, ready for the next attack on Disney etc. We will be recommending this type of holiday to all of our friends some of who are planning a trip to Florida next year. Having experienced this type of holiday anything else will be a bit of an anticlimax. We will definitely be going back but I think it will have to be in a couple of years just to let the bank balance recover.

We just arrived back from Kissimmee yesterday. We really loved your villa - just what was needed for the holiday. The pool was especially welcoming as it was getting pretty humid most of the time.

My wife has fallen in love with the big washing machine and dryer!
It was nice to be in a quiet area but close to all the amenities and attractions.
We had a thoroughly wonderful time - it went too quickly - and I am sure we will be back in the future.

We finally got back from our travels yesterday (we had moved into Disney after our 6 days in your lovely home), and I wanted to drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed staying in your home. Each of my family members went out of their way several times to tell me how well I'd done finding this fantastic house and location - so I unfortunately got the credit for what you've put in place. We'll share our "find" with others. One family already has indicated interest.

Had to let you know we had a lovely time at your beautiful villa. After a 24hr delay at Gander, and a fight with the car rental company, it was lovely to open the door to the villa, we can never stay in a motel again. if you ever want a house keeper or someone to cut the grass let us know!! We where all so sad to leave.

The villa was first class and the meet & greet arrangements were a great help to a band of tired travellers. The rental minivan also was just what we wanted and coupled with excellent weather you might say the whole thing was a great success and if we go again, I will not hesitate to contact you.

The place in Oak Island Cove was wonderful! We had a very relaxing vacation. We also had a chance to go back to Disney to finish up some of the days we had left on our passes from last year and it was so close that we went back in the evening with the kids.
