Security Deposit: USD$250.00 to be collected at check-in(refundable)

Cleaning Fee: USD$60.00 for bookings less than 5 nights
$250 reservation deposit to hold the unit. (Non-refundable) Balance of rental is due 8 weeks before departure
Bookings of five nights or less will incur a $60 cleaning fee.
The resort is like an hotel. It is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year. Key cards are to be obtained from the Reception desk at the Clubhouse on arrival. You will also need the key cards to access the resort facilities i.e. clubhouse, etc. Cordial staff of Superior Management Group, the Management Company, will be available to assist with all your needs.
The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure
Cancellations of bookings up to 6 weeks before departure will involve a loss of deposit. Applicants cancelling a booking less than 6 weeks before departure will be liable for the total cost of their booking.
The Property is reserved exclusively for those named on the booking form. Absolutely No pets and no smoking inside property. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 people per bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed.
The booking party must treat the property and all its fittings with respect. After departure the property must be left in an orderly state and all kitchen utensils washed. The booking party will pay any damage or loss.
Once a booking has been made, the Customer agrees to abide by the rules and legislation in reference to home for lease.
The owner can accept no liability, where the contract is affected by 'force Manjeure'. In the context of these terms and conditions, 'force Manjeure' is any event that the owner or the property management company could not even with due care foresee or avoid. These events include but are not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of God, terrorist activity, nuclear disaster, adverse weather, government action, technical problems with transportation or other events.
