We are ideally situated just off the US192 only 10 minutes from Disney at the exclusive lakeside community of Indian Point, It's prime location is the ideal spot for you and the family to relax and unwind after a long day at the theme parks while our sparkling clean pool will provide hours of entertainment for the children while you're close at hand.

Indian Point is a quiet residential area built around a lake. It boasts an oversized community pool and cabana, tennis court, basketball court and children's play areas.

The villa is located just off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee which is perfect for arrival from Orlando Airport and all of the major theme parks are within 15 minutes. It is also located within 2 minutes drive of a massive Walmart (Asda) which will provide absolutely everything you and your family will need for your stay.

Our home is looked after by a dedicated local company who will ensure that it is spotlessly clean for your arrival. For peace of mind they are available 24 hours a day should you require any assistance.

We have a 3-day minimum rental period and your vacation can start and end on any day.

We require a security deposit of $300 which is refundable when you leave.

Any rental of less than 6 nights will incur a $65 short stay cleaning charge.
There are discounts available for stays of 3 weeks or more.

All of our prices Include State & local taxes of 13%,
and All local telephone calls

Our prices DO NOT INCLUDE long distance telephone calls. For this you are advised to use 0800 phone cards although you can access long distance using a credit card (but it is expensive)

Pool heating is charged at $20.00 per day (4 days minimum) or $128.00 per week.

Your booking can be confirmed on receipt of our completed online booking form and $300.00 deposit.

Well, I cannot thank you enough. My boys and I had such a wonderful time.
The villa was more than we expected.
We had gotten in on Monday night and as soon as the boys saw the pool in back,
they were in it until 11 PM or so. Tuesday morning,
they woke me up at 7 just so they could be in the pool.
They did not get out until after 2 PM.
I had to almost pull them out physically just to go do something else.
I cannot stop telling everyone how beautiful and clean and roomy it is.
Thank you so very much for the opportunity to have a wonderful vacation
with my boys. We really look forward to doing it again!

THANK YOU Mr&Mrs Twell for letting us stay at your wonderful luxury villa the photo's on your website do not do it justice.your indian point villa was in a lovely quiet residential area close to the highway 192 where you are spoilt for choice with a range of shops restraunts and exciting nightlife, Disney just 10mins down the road!what more could you ask for seeing is beliving but there is so much more. on returning to the villa hot and tired it was a lovely sight to have our own private pool to cool down in and chill out with a glass of wine.THANK YOU once again and we will certianly be back soon as two weeks was not enough to sample all of fun.

What a wonderful Villa! And great holiday we had! I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be visiting again soon! Fast and easy booking system, lovely clean, modern villa. It doesn't lack anything the website says, so you know your getting what you pay for! Disney world was fantastic. A must see place!
