A brand new, five bedroom, three and a half bathroom villa, fully air conditioned with 26'pool and Spa.Decking area with covered Lanai. This Villa is now taking bookings for Vacations starting from September 2004. BARCELONA VILLA is situated on the new Gated community at HIGHGROVE, within easy reach of all amenities and Florida main attractions. Infact the community is less than 5 minutes away from Disney's main gate !
The Property comprises five double bedrooms, including a fabulous themed twin bedroom for the younger members of your party, crib and high chairs are also available upon request. There are 2 Master suites. The first master suite having a separate sitting room, and both master suites having walk in closets.There is also a third main bathroom.A gallery completes the upstairs configuration.
Downstairs comprises of a formal dining room leading to the covered lanai, a formal living area and a huge family room with all home comforts and more. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast area with a separate laundry room. Finally a powder room and a double garage complete the downstairs.
The pool and spa is SW facing and is completely private as the villa backs on to conservation land.
