The Disney area vacation rental home was built in 2003, our luxury 4 Bedroom 4.5 Bathroom (yes, a bathroom for each bedroom) two storey house has three en-suite master bedrooms and a twin room having access to its own bathroom from the landing.

Maintained to a very high standard with its own screened southwest facing pool (for maximum sunshine) our home is perfect for you to enjoy everything Florida has to offer.

Equipped with all the essentials, it serves as the ideal home-base from which to explore the many Theme Parks, Shopping Malls and Beaches close by.

If you or members of your family are avid golfers, there are many Golf Courses within easy access from our home, the nearest just half a mile away. During the days away from the parks, besides all the house has to offer, Hampton Lakes has a Communal Swimming Pool with changing and showering facilities, a beach style Volleyball Court, two Tennis Courts and a small kiddies play area to help pass the day. All these facilities are complimentary to our guests.


The house sleeps 10 comfortably with provision of separate bathrooms for all bedrooms.


Hampton Lakes is set amidst rolling hills, lakes and tropically landscaped surroundings on Highway 27 South in the South West Kissimmee Area and around a 5 minute drive from the start of Highway 192 heading towards Kissimmee and the Disney Maingate area. Interstate 4 is about 10 minutes drive away offering quick access to the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts, Orlando Theme Parks, Beaches and the numerous local Golf Courses.

A large Publix Supermarket is within one mile of our home and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, convenience stores, shopping malls, cinemas and a multitude of other leisure amenities on Highway 192.

$150.00 Non-Refundable/Non-Transferrable Payment is required to reserve a Pool Home, Condo, or Town-home.
This is subtracted from your total, leaving your balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations with less than a 30 day advance notice are not refundable. We do recommend travel insurance for those unexpected emergencies beyond your control. Call to inquire.
Check In Time: Anytime After 4PM - At the Home Via Lock Box (Key for the front door is in the lock box)

Check Out: by 11AM. Late departures 0-2 Hrs $50, 2-24 Hrs-1 Nt. Fee, Late departures must be pre approved.
Upon Check in there is a $250.00 Security Deposit.
