All Rates are for the entire villa per week. Prices include end of stay cleaning and utilities. State and tourist taxes of 11.5% will be added to all rates.
Stays of less than one week at pro rata rates will incur cleaning charge of $95
Until booking is confirmed these rates are subject to change.
Deposit of 150 $240 per week required at time of booking.
Full balance required 10 weeks before departure along with security deposit of 185.00 $300 per booking.
Payment can be made in US dollars or UK sterling
