We call our three bedroom penthouse unit "Villa Champagne." The unit as well as the building have been completely remodeled. Features include three balconies - two oversized balconies overlooking the private beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and one balcony looking out onto the bay. Walk out of the elevator, past the pool, and onto the sugar-white Destin beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Interior features a large great room with gulf views from every window, a large kitchen with wet bar and island and new stainless steel appliances.

Fantastic master bedroom suite features its own private Gulf-front balcony, luxurious walk-in shower (see photo) with three shower heads, and king size bed.

Queen size beds in the second and third bedroom. Three full baths. The great room sofa is a sleeper, and an additional roll-away bed is also included, most suitable for a child.

Tastefully decorated, this unit offers more than 1900 square feet of living space, so you will be able to enjoy your time indoors as much as your time on the beach.

Destin Towers is a low density condominium (only 45 units) and owns the adjacent beach - you won't have to jostle to get that "front row" beach spot.

Four TVs, cable, four DVDs, 3 VCRs. Check in at 4:00 pm, check out at 10:00 am. No smoking, no pets.
