This smoke-free condo is located on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches - the Emerald Coast of Florida. Your private balcony overlooks sugar white sands and clear turquoise waters. Panama City Beach is known for its tropical atmosphere mixed with down home southern hospitality.

Spacious one bedroom condo is over 900 square feet with a king size bed in the master suite. Twin bunk beds are nestled in the hall alcove and a truly comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One and a half bath.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an 18 cubic foot refrigerator, 30 inch range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster over, coffee maker and blender. 32 inch televison with VCR and DVD in the living room and 19 inch television located in the bedroom. There is also a hair dryer,iron and ironing board for your convenience. This condo is privately owned and we never rent to Spring Break partiers.

Centrally located, minutes away from some of Florida's best seafood restaurants. Within walking distances to family attractions and only a four minute drive to the Super Walmart Center.
