Security Deposit: equal to 1 night rental
Cleaning Fee: $65.00
*There is a $65 cleaning fee.
*Renter must be 26 years of age or older. No exceptions!
*Linens are available however we suggest you bring your own to avoid having to wash them. All beds are queen size.

*A security deposit equal to one night rental fee is due at time of booking. 50% of the total rental is due 14 days prior to arrival which is not refundable. Balance of rent is due at check-in and the deposit will be refunded after check-out (pending property inspection). Security deposits are not refunded if reservation is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival.
*Renter is responsible for a $22.00 registration fee due to Venture Out Resort upon check in.
*Golf Cart Rental is $25 per day, $150 per 7 day week.
