Magnificent 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condominium beach vacation rental in resort oceanfront property on Indian Shores Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Surrounded by warm, gentle surf and plenty to do... or do nothing but savor the relaxed atmosphere and walk barefoot on the beautiful soft, white sandy beach right outside your door.

Our Olympic-sized pool, heated in winter, cooled in summer offers sun, shade, and great place for a poolside barbecue or picnic, cooked while you watch and listen to the soft ocean surf.

Our spacious, luxury condo is completely equipped with all amenities. It has been updated and redecorated, including beautiful new ceramic tile throughout the entire apartment. Cable TV in all rooms, VCR in living room, full-size kitchen includes full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, cookware, bakeware, glasses and utensils. Our breakfast counter located between the kitchen and dining area provides additional seating for five so up to 11 people can dine in comfort.

The master bedroom has all new furniture, including a queen-size mattress bed, 27" TV and DVD player. There is a separate private full bath. The second bedroom has two full-size beds and second private full bath. The private balcony with patio furniture has a beautiful view over the intracoastal waterway and Tiki Gardens, a park across the street. Assigned, reserved parking space in our under-the-building parking garage protects your vehicle from heating up in the hot Florida sun. High speed Internet access is available.

The onsite building management with full time maintenance staff highly maintains both the building and individual units. Easy access to all central Florida world-famous attractions. Walk to minimarket, great restaurants, shops and entertainment. Enjoy beachside volleyball, swimming, sunning, snorkeling, shelling, sand castles, fishing, boogie boarding, parasailing, miniature golf, public golf courses and glorious sunsets. Brand new furniture in the master bedroom includes a queen pillow-top mattress bed, 27" Cable TV, DVD player, and private full bath. The second bedroom has two double beds, with one being a brand new pillow-top mattress. There is Cable TV and separate full bath. The private balcony has patio furniture and is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or relax and read a book. Tropical foliage adds to the warm Caribbean atmosphere and there is plenty of seating on the cool paver deck that surrounds the building and leads out to the beach. The beautiful gulf beach is two steps off the deck right onto the sand. The warm gulf waters are just a short walk on the beach.
