This beautifully decorated beachfront Condo offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the spacious balcony, just off the living room, where you will witness the most breathtaking sunsets, along with the playfull Dolphins swimming by. A fully equiped kitchen is ready for you, that is when your not visiting Marco Islands many excellent restaurants. A queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room sleeps 4 in comfort. Large screen cable TV sets are in the living room and master bedroom, that is if you can find time to watch them, in between the many activities on the Island. Full linens, beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella are provided. Balcony furniture is ready for your every use. Washers and dryers are provided.

The Building is beautifully maintained, with a beautiful entrance lobby, Tennis Courts, Large Pool and Spa, Gym, Steam Room/Lockers and a full service Restaurant open for lunch and dinner daily. We are located on the beautiful south end of the island, close to shopping, Marinas, Movies and Marcos great restaurants. We are minutes from Naples, FL., for the Philharmonic, Golf, more shopping and much more. Nature activities, shelling and more are everywhere on the island and surrounding areas. And we saved the best for last, that is, the Condo Owners live on the island, meet you with keys and show you around, and cater to your needs, as well as the maintenance and beauty of the condo unit.
