Our beach house is directly on Crescent Beach with gulf views on three levels. It is a spacious 1,800 square feet and newly decorated with a fully appointed kitchen, plus three and a half baths and a one car garage.

Each bedroom is a suite with its own full bath. The master suite has a very large bath with Two skylights. It has the most spectacular views right from the king size bed (you don't even have to lift your head from the down pillows) or if you prefer there is also a deck off the master bedroom with chaises, a great spot for your morning coffee.

There are gulf views from the moment you open the front door. Enjoy barbecues on the main deck with our gas grill as you watch the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico.

We have fantastic gulf views from the Kitchen, Dining area, Living room and the Master bedroom.

This is luxury island living at its best.

Our house is on Beach Road with a private access to the beach. Walk to Siesta village (1/4 mile) shops, restaurants, beach/surf shop, beach rentals, banks, pharmacy, movie rentals, grocery store, 7-11 and more. Everything you might need. The saying is "Any day you don't leave the island is a great day!" Less than 1/4 mile to the public beach and you'll find volleyball nets, tennis courts, a playground and food concession, a great place for everyone. We are a 12 min. drive to the upscale city of Sarasota with some of the finest restaurants in Florida, performing arts, ballet, the West Coast Symphony, the Ringling Museum, art galleries and antique shops. For the young there is Mote Marine Aquarium, Jungle Gardens, the circus museum, a 20 multiplex movie theater Ed Smith Stadium- Spring Training for the Cincinati Reds and much more.
Siesta Key is 1 hour from Tampa, 1 1/2 to Ft Meyer (ferryboat to Key West- a great day trip!) and 2 hours to Orlando.
