Walk barefoot from the large slate lanai just steps to the tropical pool with waterfall and sand bottom jacuzzi. Let the peaceful sounds of the fountain from the private lanai off the spacious master suite ease your mind.
This designer decorated and furnished, new condominium (construction completed in January 2001), is situated among the lush, tropical gardens of Maui Kamaole. A beautifully landscaped, low rise-low density resort spread out over 23 pristine acres.

Maui Kamaole is located at the furthest southern tip of Kihei; bordering Wailea. With Mount Haleakala forming the backdrop, and the breathtaking Pacific Ocean and Kamaole III Beach across the street, this resort is perfectly located.

Step into the white sands of Kam III Beach or neighboring Keawakapu Beach and walk the breathtaking stretch of beach to the resorts of Wailea - one of our favorite morning activities. Take in the amazing Maui sunsets. Swim/snorkel in the crystal clear waters to view the colorful, abundant life below.

Dear Kim & Rick,

We just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that our second visit to your Maui condo was even better than the first. It had been exactly two years since our last visit and the place is still immaculate! Spotlessly clean and super well-equipped, the unit still looks brand new.

Your location is perfect too. Being centrally located is a great advantage since you are never too far from all the great attractions Maui has to offer. Margo and I spent a major portion of our time scuba diving with the Scuba Shack (also highly recommended). Their boat leaves at 6AM, so it was most convenient that all the further we had to travel in the wee hours of the morning was to the end of our driveway and across the road to the Kihei boat ramp.

The magic of Maui has bitten us both. I have abandoned my "travel rule" of never visiting the same place twice (since the world offers so many different sights to see) and Margo is trying to figure out how to relocate there.

Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home. You can bet we will be back.

We are entering the last couple days at your condo and we have had a great time. We spent our first week of our honeymoon on Kauai and the second week on Maui. It's been amazing. Highlights of Maui: 1. Mama's Fish House 2. Hana 3. Massages at Grand Wailea 4. Big Beach 5. Sansei Sushi...and many more.Thank you so much for letting us stay at your fully equipped, greatly decorated, stylish condo!! It's going to be tough going back to the busy life! It's been a blast!

Dear Kim & Rick,

I can not express enough how much we loved your condo! We want to
come back every year! We even looked at other condos to buy @ your complex. The pool was unbelievable, we also listened to your CD's & watched The Godfather trilogy. We went hiking over the lava rocks to aquarium &snorkeled, surfed & had appetizers @ sunset @ Five Palms. Your condo and all it's furnishings are beautiful. Maybe next time we will stay @ your new one! & see another island. I am so glad I took your advice & did not stay @ a resort the whole time. It was nice but we will always stay in Kihei from now on. It was so much fun - it made our honeymoon great! Take care.

Hi Kim,

Thank you for the use of your gorgeous condo. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed Maui's beautiful, picturesque beaches. Your condo is set up with top of the line cookwear, fluffy towels and the softest sheets. We loved it and were very comfortable. Will was on his best behavior and very respectful...especially since we always had him on his big quilted blanket. :-)
