In order to block the calendar for your vacation, we require a $285 deposit, due and payable by check within 7 days of your request. The balance is due 60-days prior to the beginning of your vacation. For vacations longer than one week, a one week deposit and cleaning fee is required. The balance is due also 60 days prior to the beginning of your vacation.
As soon as I receive your complete balance, I will mail you the key and general information.
Please be aware that the vacation rental is first-come, first-serve. While you are making up your mind and checking prices for other places, another person might be interested in your dates. Unless you make a serious commitment and send the deposit, your dates are not guaranteed.
