This spacious open beam Cedar Home with over 750 sq. ft. of open and covered lanai (patio deck) is nestled at the base of the Koolau Mountains. Hardwood floors and W/W carpeting compliment the open Living area and Kitchen making it the perfect place for socializing, conversation or quality family time. Whether the day was spent across the street snorkeling and scuba diving at Sharks Cove (by name only), a walk down the road to either hike through the Waimea Bay Botanical Gardens, swimming at Three Tables Beach or the exhilaration of a day body surfing at Waimea Bay, the comfortable two California Kingbeds and two Doublebeds all with plush comforters await you at the end of your days adventures. But before you retire, be sure to fire up the bar-b-que and catch that Magnificent Sunset. If the Menehunes smile upon you in the winter months, you'll be able to watch the Eddie Aikau Invitational at Waimea Bay, where surfers are dropped by helicopter and towed by jet ski into waves with faces exceeding 60 FEET. Foodland, a major grocery store is also within walking distance and this one's FANTASTIC! A great selection of local fruits, fish, sushi, cold drinks and carryout compliment its scrumptious deli. Shop in the morning just to grab a scone and macadamia nut mocha latte at the Starbucks@ located in the store. Golf, Local Shops, Casual and Fine Dining are a mere 10 minutes away.
