Description: Our beautiful two bedroom, two bath, villa/condo at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort will be the perfect get-away vacation for anyone who loves the beach, is looking for the best golf courses in the USA, or loves to play tennis.

ABOUT THE RESORT:

Our resort offers you a pool located directly on the beach with a kiddie pool area. The children may also take part in the resort's summer programs designed to keep them happy and occupied throughout your vacation, or they may have fun fishing, renting a bicycle on the premises, or playing at the "Children's Playground Area" or new "Game Room".

The adults will have the option of cooling off at either of the two Olympic sized pools on premises or on the beach and both pool & beach are steps away from our unit, and having lunch at the resorts bar and grill located at the pool.

If you love tennis, you may play on one of ten available courts, (lighted at night) or if you love to golf there are numerous GOLF COURSES available for your favorite tee-time and there is a driving range walking distance from our unit.

Entertainment on premises on weekends, new game room, laundry facilities located throughout the resort, private beach entrance, 2 private pools, tiki bar at pool, bike rentals right outside your door, tennis pro & courts, lovely lobby with brochures & porch. Video rentals available in lobby.

The resort is gated with a security booth at its entrance to insure your privacy. A convenience store, bar and pool table area is located in the main building for your convenience. Off-site supermarkets are less than 1/2 mile away for larger shopping trips.

ABOUT THE ISLAND:

Restaurants and wonderful shopping malls are located throughout the Island for your enjoyment, including a wonderful "kid friendly" restaurant on premises. Site seeing tours available as well as water park & amusements for kids.

YOUR ACCOMODATIONS:

Our villa/condo, which sleep six, has a master bedroom with one queen sized bed and full bath, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The sofa bed in the living room opens to a Queen sized bed. The second full bath is located off the second bedroom.
Use our fully equipped kitchen when you decide to eat-in, and take time to just relax on our balcony overlooking the tranquil lagoon. There is a wet-bar area off the dining room for mixing drinks equipped with a blender, ice bucket and wine glasses.
There are two color TV sets. One in the living room with a VCR and one in the master bedroom. Newly decorated unit with new Corian kitchen counter tops & new refrigerator. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave.

6/24/05 Just wanted to give a special Thank you for making our honeymoon something we will always remember. Seeing the ocean for the first time was quite an experience and to be able to just go a little ways each morning to walk along the shore was so enjoyable.

The condo was very nice and we tried to leave it the way we found it. Thank you for the nice balloon and the Champaign also. We did get to do some sight seeing but we wish that we could of had more time to see more. We do plan on going again and taking the kids so we can share our experience with them.

So thanks again for doing all you could for us and making it special.

Hilton Head Island Beach And Tennis Resort is Conveniently located off of William Hilton Parkway (Rt 278) and lies between Port Royal and Palmetto Dunes. The entire resort is ocean front.
