The only thing between Breakers #240 and the ocean is a few feet of sand, you really can not get any closer. It is like being on the beach without leaving the villa!

You will get to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. You can watch the kids jumping the waves and building sandcastles while relaxing on the sofa. You can actually call the kids in from the beach right from your own private balcony!

There are only three villas in the entire complex with this view. Being a end unit there is a side window in the living room which offers a wonderful view of the beautiful courtyard at the SeaCrest including the pond and fountain, also as a end unit you have added privacy. This is an ideal second floor villa, not too far up and not too low where shrubs and plantings obstructs your view, you have a panoramic view of the beach and ocean.

We also own Hilton Head Breakers #221, a corner unit villa with a fantastic view of the ocean, beach and pool. It too is an ideal second floor unit. If you have children and they are old enough, they can go to the pool themselves and you can keep an eye on them while relaxing in the villa or on on the private balcony, so convenient. Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers, located on 4 North Forest Beach Drive, is one of the Islands favorite spots for couples and small families. You do not have to drive or walk to the beach - you are already there; the ocean is right out the door. This is a small quiet complex; there are only 120 units, perfect for a relaxing vacation. During your stay you will enjoy one of Hilton Head Islands widest beaches and most desirable, convenient locations. You may not need to use or move your car, dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions are within walking distance. Right across the street at Coligny Plaza there are quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater and bakery.

If you are looking for a clean, cute, comfortable place to vacation look no further. Both our oceanfront condos were completely renovated. Some of the renovations that were done include: New: kitchen cabinets, appliances, ceramic floors in the kichen, hall, and bath, renovated baths, and new plush carpeting.

We live on Hilton Head Island on North Forest Beach "our favorite area" so we are able to make sure Our Hilton Head vacation rentals are clean and well maintained! (The majority of our guests are repeat renters.)

Hilton Head Breakers #240 and Breakers #221 will accommodate four guests. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and bunks in hall alcove.

Our Hilton Head oceanfront condos are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including washer and dryer, two TVs, VCR, full kitchen with all cooking necessities, (new full size refrigerator with icemaker), oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, crock pot, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking dishes, etc.

Everything you need is provided, bed linens etc. The only thing you need to bring are bath towels and washcloths.

There are two pools, one for the adults and a toddler pool for the little ones. (Pool is heated from the first week of March until warm weather takes over.) A boardwalk provides easy access to the beach and ocean. There is also covered parking, an onsite manager and seasonal security.

The biggest attraction to Hilton Head Island is our beautiful white beach, ideal for sunbathing, riding bikes, jogging, shell hunting and romantic strolls.

There is something for everyone to do, horseback riding, waterslides, miniature golf, arcades, theaters, playgrounds, tennis, championship golf courses, dinner cruises, etc.

Another big attraction on the Island is Harbour Town, you will definitely want to put that on your list of things to do, it's not far from the Breakers.

If you like biking, there are miles of bike paths right out your door.
